When does my membership start?

Your membership begins on the day you purchase it — but you can delay your start date up to 30 days if you need time to wrap up a class pack or finish out another program.

How does the free month work?

Your bonus month is added automatically at the end of your commitment.
That means your final payment is skipped — you get a full extra month on us.

I’m already a member. Can I upgrade?

Yes! If you upgrade during Black Friday Week, we’ll adjust your start date so you don’t lose any unused time. And of course, you’ll still receive your bonus month.

Can I switch tiers later?

Absolutely. While each membership has a commitment period, you can switch to a different tier once your commitment renews.

Can I share my membership?

Memberships are for individual use, but our 8x and Unlimited tiers include free monthly guest passes so you can bring a friend.
