What to expect

Becca Caliendo teaches it. She blends different styles into her own kind of class and gives you permission to move in whatever way feels best for your body. She also practices meditation, reiki and mindfulness, and works as an embodied counseling therapist.

It's one of the easiest classes to start with if you're new, and a good way to end a long day.

“I LOVED this class. Becca is an outstanding guide! I felt so comfortable to let my practice be whatever it needed to be - no pressure!”

Frequently asked questions

Is candlelight yoga good for beginners?
Yes. It's a gentle, all-levels class and one of our favorite places for new students to start.
How is Candlelight Yoga different from Candlelight Yin?
Candlelight Yoga moves through a gentle sequence of poses. Candlelight Yin holds fewer poses for longer, which makes it slower and more meditative.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes and a water bottle. Mats are available to borrow at no charge, so you can just show up. Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to settle in and say hello to your teacher.
How much does it cost?
Drop-in $30. Class packs and memberships cover it, and new students can try it with the Discovery Pass: 14 days of unlimited yoga for $79.
