Weekends
Gentle Yoga mixes long yin holds with slow-flow vinyasa and some core work. Strong Foundations is 90 minutes of strength and balance training with Josephine, who uses props in inventive ways.
On Sunday evenings, Strong Foundations is followed by the Restorative Sound Bath, and you can book the pair as the Ground & Restore Evening Retreat. On a weeknight, Western is two stops before Logan Square on the Blue Line ride home from downtown, so an evening class fits on the way back.
