WHAT COULD TWO WEEKS CHANGE?
Come often enough to notice.
We recommend practicing 3–4 times per week.
Try different teachers. Explore different classes. Notice what changes—in your body, your mind, and the way you feel.
What you discover may be even better than what brought you here.
