Family yoga for kids in ChicagoCome move, play and practice together.
This 50-minute class brings kids and their grown-ups onto the mat together for playful yoga poses, partner poses, games, movement and connection. You'll stretch, balance, breathe and laugh.

What to expect
It's for kids ages 4 to 8-ish. Parents, caregivers and partners are all welcome, the more the merrier. No yoga experience is needed, and one registration covers the whole family.
Rich Gonshak teaches it. Rich co-founded the studio with Nora in 2016.
