What to expect

Omkar Nath has practiced since 2008. In 2015 he traveled to Rishikesh to practice at an ashram with the Akhanda Yoga Institute, where he received his spiritual name and completed 900 hours as a teacher trainee. He now helps lead their advanced teacher trainings, and teaches these traditions in a way that's fun and accessible for people who don't live in an ashram.

On Monday evenings it's the first half of the Breathe & Be Evening Retreat.
